Tawanda Mukusha
BSc Sports Therapist & Massage Therapist -London Metropolitan University
Tawanda is the founder of Relief 2 Move and a BSc Sports Therapist graduate from London Metropolitan University. He has had the privilege of working with Olympians and Paralympians in the lead-up to the 2012 London Olympics in Track and Field athletics which brings a truly exceptional depth of real-world clinical experience to every session.
Since then, Tawanda has continued to work with international and amateur athletes at all levels. He spent three years at Athletes Lab in London working with professional and amateur cyclists, and has also worked with the English Institute of Sport (EIS), helping elite British athletes reach peak performance.
Alongside this, Tawanda has trained under world-renowned osteopath Guy Voyer, applying his ELDOA techniques which is a unique method focused on improving joint health, spinal decompression, and overall body alignment.
Tawanda is passionate about helping every person achieve their personal best , whether that's an elite athlete or someone simply wanting to live without daily pain.
